Transfer balance from a workspace

By default, the balance added to a workspace is restricted to that workspace only and CANNOT be used by other workspaces. While this keeps things segregated, we recognise the need for reallocation of funds which may be needed for adjusting budgets or to move balance to a workspace that needs funds urgently.

An OWNER can transfer balance between workspaces in the workspaces page using the kebab menu option - simply enter a value less than or equal to the current workspace balance and choose a destination workspace.
