While importing customer data, it's possible to end up with duplicate contacts. Before adding new contacts to the list, it's important to decide how to handle duplicates. Some contacts may already be synced with the application, while others might have two records. It's important to process them correctly.

The Merge option allows you to choose the appropriate merging strategy based on your specific needs. With this, you can merge your lists efficiently without any unnecessary extra steps.
