Phone number search

Search for a phone number in the top search bar from any page on the product and view its full activity including:

• History of Inbound and outbound messages
• Contacts associated with the phone number
• Opt-out status of the number
• Engagement trends over last 7 days

You can access Number history by either:

• Entering a phone number in the search bar on app header throughout the product.
• Clicking on a phone number hyperlink in outbound history, Inbox, opt-outs and campaign reports --> contact data.

When you search for a phone number, the following details will be displayed (if available):

Contact history

Shows all contacts associated with the phone number (as an SMS phone number or a WhatsApp number). Allows you to navigate between contacts and delete a contact from specific list.

Engagement in the last 7 days

Provides an insight on the frequency of interaction with a phone number in the last 7 days.

Opt-out status

Indicates whether a number has opted out of receiving messages. You can hover over the pill to see Interact numbers opted out from and whether it's an account level opt-out.

Message history

Shows all past inbound and outbound messages associated with the number, including sent, received, and failed messages. You can filter messages by senders, delivery status (queued, submitted, delivered, failed), and/or message type, and time.
