Use features like auto-reply and opt-outs and more to enhance your customer interactions. The "Manage Profile" page provides options to customize key aspects of your business details, preferences, and account settings. Display Settings
Within this section, you can refine your WhatsApp business profile through the following options:
- Business Vertical: Choose the category that best represents your business.
- About: Provide a short description of your business.
- Business Description: Provide a detailed description of your business, with the option to add emojis for a personalized touch.
- Address: Input your business location for enhanced visibility.
- Contact Email: Share your business email for convenient communication.
- URLs (URL1, URL2): Include relevant URLs to provide additional information.
- Change Picture: Enhance your profile by uploading an image. The recommended size is 640x640 pixels, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.
Auto-reply
Automated response messages are a great feature for businesses to inform their customers when their services are not available. You can set up automated replies for your WhatsApp messages. These automatic responses can be customized to confirm receipt of a message, provide relevant information, or prompt customers to take a specific action. These messages will be sent automatically when a customer sends you a message on WhatsApp.
For example: "Hi [name], thanks for contacting [your company]. How can we help you today?"
Opt-outs
Add the opt-out keywords that customers can send to this number to stop receiving any messages from this WhatsApp profile. When a customer sends or responds to a message with an opt-out keyword, e.g., 'STOP', the contact will be automatically added to the opt-out list. The customers in this list will no longer be able to receive any messages from your business.
