API reports
Get insights and delivery statistics of your APIs
API reports provide detailed insights and delivery statistics of SMS messages sent through the API. It includes delivery, open, and click-through rates, as well as other metrics that help analyze SMS campaign effectiveness. Reports can be filtered by channel, API project, and date range.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Queued | Shows the number of API requests that are currently in the processing (sending). |
| Submitted | Shows the percentage of messages that were submitted. |
| Delivered | Shows the percentage of messages that were successfully delivered. |
| Unique Clicks | Shows the percentage of unique contacts who clicked on links, any number of times |
| Failed | Shows the percentage of messages that were not delivered |
| Pending | Shows the count of messages that are pending delivery receipts or still in the process of being sent. |
