WhatsApp campaign summary

The Campaign summary page provides a quick glimpse of essential information about your target audience and key delivery metrics of your campaign. This summarizes the key metrics associated with sent campaigns, including clicks, 24-hour performance, and campaign details.

The Summary section includes sub-sections:

WhatsApp campaign details

Shows the campaign preview sent along with campaign details such as target list, profile, and more. It provides a preview of contacts that received the campaign and those that were removed. You have the option to preview your message to assess both its content and formatting.

Campaign statistics

Gain valuable insights into your campaign's performance by exploring the detailed statistics of sent messages, button replies, and failed messages. This section provides a comprehensive overview of your campaign's reach and effectiveness. You can view the total count of messages sent, delivered, read, failed, undelivered, and button replies, allowing you to track essential metrics.


Campaign 24-hour performance

Shows the 24-hour performance graph that details the campaigns delivered, failed, undelivered, read and replied within 24 hours of sending your campaign.


Contact data

In this section, you'll find a list of your customers associated with the campaign, including information such as status, sent on, delivered on, and time, among other details. Viewing your customer data helps you to make strategic decisions based on their interactions with your campaigns.


Failure details

In this section, you can review the specific details of each contact's delivery failure, which is valuable for campaign analysis.

Button replies

In this section, you can review customer's responses after receiving the message with button replies. This can help to analyze the response/feedback received from users who interacted with the button replies to understand their preferences.
