How can I create an API Key?

To generate the API key, follow these steps:

  • Go to Developers > API Project > Create API Project.
  • Choose an API project name and Scope of API to which a customer has access.
  • Choose the IP address if required and click Save.

The production access tokens will be generated after your API project is created and saved.

How to get access to Interact APIs? Where do I find my API credentials?

All accounts on Interact have free access to Interact APIs. You just need to create an API key, which will then be used to send messages. If API keys are already created and saved, you can access them from the Developers section. If you want to create an API key, refer to API Authentication.

Why isn't my API key working?

There could be a typo in the key or the administrator might have regenerated the key. Please contact support if the API key is not valid to use APIs.
