Transaction History

You can see a detailed overview of your spends within the account in this report for upto 3 months including the starting and ending balance for the selected time period. This report includes all credit transactions to your account balance and debit transactions from your account balance - helping you track your balance with each campaign.


Unicode Characters highlighted in Compose Message textbox

SMS can be sent either in standard characters (known as GSM characters) which include upto 160 characters per SMS or you can include Unicode characters which include upto only 70 characters per SMS since unicode characters take at least 2 standard characters to encode and send through to handset correctly.

To help you identify if your SMS has unicode characters and if you'll charged at 70 characters per SMS, we're now highlighting any Unicode characters within the compose message box. With this, you can be sure of the character count and avoid surprises when sending large campaigns.


Import opt-outs

We have now provided an option to import opt-out numbers to the opt-out list in your account against a set of senders or against your whole account. This helps you add customers that may have opted out through channels outside of Interact such as email, call, website or informing directly to the business. All opted out numbers will be removed at the time of sending an SMS to restrict sending unwanted messages to your customers.

Additionally, you can now also delete an opted-out number from the list in case a customer opts in to your business outside of Interact. Once the opt-out is deleted, the number is removed from your opt-out list and all messages from your Interact account will be sent to that number.
