New Features

International SMS

You can now send text messages to Ireland and Spain. If you have a need to send SMS to other countries, please register your interest by filling out the application form.

Local number format conversion is now supported for Ireland and Spain

By selecting Enable international sms, you can click through to submit an application form

Reply to customers from Inbox

Select one or more messages from your Inbox and easily reply to your customers' queries from the inbox.

Send from within lists and your campaign reports

You can now easily send SMS from a contact list or from contact data tab within reports page. Select one or more contacts and select "Send SMS campaign".

Webform Opt-Outs

As an alternative to collecting opt-outs via keyword, you can now do so by providing a link to a web form in your message content.
