What’s New?

This release introduces low balance alerting improvements, self-service prepaid invoicing, and major source-selection enhancements for webhook projects.

New Features

Low balance alerts

Low balance alerts have been expanded from UI configuration into full notification workflows for prepaid balances.

Key updates:

  • Owners can configure low balance thresholds and recipients for account/workspace contexts.

Self-service invoices

Self-service prepaid invoices are now available on request.

Owners on enabled customer organisations can use Pay by Invoice during add-balance checkout.

  • Invoice requests support minimum amount validation and request flow through to success/failure states.
  • A dedicated Invoices tab is available in Finance for enabled customers to review invoice status and open hosted invoice views.
  • Invoice-related UX improvements include default workspace guidance and corrected minimum threshold handling.

Webhook projects - improve source selection

Webhook project source targeting now supports finer control and broader source coverage.

Key updates:

  • Source scope supports All Sources and Select specific sources as mutually exclusive options.
  • Specific source selection supports multi-select behavior.
  • Source options are expanded to include shared-number keyword sources and opt-out webform source contexts.
  • Event availability aligns dynamically with selected source types.
  • Follow-up stability fixes address channel/source reselection behavior.
