New Feature

Outbound History

Outbound history shows all the messages sent from your account over the last 30 days providing a comprehensive view across all sources such as UI campaigns, API, Email to SMS and auto-responses, making it easy to reconcile and analyze your messages in one place. You can also resend failed messages from this screen effortlessly. You can also export your messages in CSV from the outbound history page based on the filters selected for further analysis.

Enhancement

Inbox Improvements

Inbox page has been enhanced to facilitate replying to your customers easily. All purchased numbers are now displayed on the left, with message replies appearing on the right. Time filters help you quickly locate specific messages. You can refresh to update the page with new messages and reply to one or more messages at a time from this page effortlessly.
