February 2026 Release

What's New?

This release focuses on expanding global reach and improving operational efficiency within Webex Interact. We are introducing expanded regional support for account verification, new data export capabilities for compliance, extended scheduling horizons, and significant enhancements to the Inbox and Campaign management workflows.

Export Opt-Out Lists

Manage your compliance data more effectively with the new Export functionality for Opt-outs. You can now generate CSV exports of your opt-out lists with granular filtering options, including date ranges and specific sender IDs. Exports are processed asynchronously and delivered via the notifications tray.

Extended Campaign Scheduling

Plan your communication strategy further in advance. You can now schedule SMS campaigns up to 390 days into the future directly from the UI, aligning the dashboard capabilities with our API limits.

Expanded Regional Support

We have updated our account verification and OTP systems to fully support Irish, and Spanish mobile numbers. This ensures a smoother sign-up and verification process for users in these regions, accepting local and international formats.

Inbox & Asset Management Enhancements

The Inbox has been upgraded to provide better visibility for dedicated numbers and shortcodes. "Keywords" are now nested under their respective assets, allowing for more precise filtering. When a keyword is selected, the view will automatically filter to show only messages related to that specific routing rule.

Improvements

Campaign Preview Clarity: The campaign review screen now explicitly displays the phone number being used for the preview, ensuring you know exactly which contact data is populating your merge fields.

Platform Security: Implemented significant security hardening to headers and cache control protocols to further protect sensitive user data.

Bug Fixes

Inbox Filtering: Resolved an issue where messages sent to dedicated shortcodes or specific keywords on shared shortcodes were visible in the global view but disappeared when specific filters were applied.

Scheduling with CPX Numbers: Fixed a backend error that prevented users from scheduling campaigns between 30 and 390 days when using CPX numbers.

Browser Compatibility: Fixed a UI bug where the "Monthly Recharge Date" displayed as "Invalid Date" for users on Firefox and Safari browsers.

General Stability: Addressed various minor UI and security issues to improve overall platform stability.
