We're thrilled to bring exciting features to enhance your SMS communication with your customers. Key updates include:
New Features
Email to SMS
Email to SMS lets you and your team send SMS campaigns by sending an email. It's perfect for reaching your customers without logging into the app. You can configure your email to sms settings here including allowed emails with default senders, message handling, and additional settings.
Once configured, simply compose an email, send it to the designated SMS gateway address ([email protected]), and your message will be delivered as an SMS to your recipients.
AI Tone Assistant
Introducing the AI Tone Assistant to Webex Interact! This new feature helps you communicate more effectively by analyzing the tone of your messages in real-time in the compose message box throughout the product. The AI Tone Assistant provides suggestions to ensure your communication is clear, professional, and appropriately toned for any context.
Enhancement
Contact Information in SMS Inbox
To enhance the usability of the inbox, all inbound messages will now display the first name and last name of the contact, if the information is available in any of the contact lists. This will help you identify the customer and respond to them promptly.
